Vaggie hasn’t shown signs of being an ultra feminist. I know that Angel Dust did a joke about her for being lesbian, but I haven’t seen anything in the line of hating men, or giving privileges to women.

Are you sure that conversation doesn’t refer to the fact that she doesn’t trust any of the denizens of hell (which is a reasonable attitude)?
They would say person, they especifically say men.
And it already seemed clear to me she hated men before that point.
