I dedicate this one (not really but it was a good moment to draw this idea) to the brave keyboard warriors of r/mendrawingwomen, who demonstrate how much not bothered they are by me drawing them a mascot by repeatedly posting it in their subreddit to seethe about it, then coming here to spout vile and asure me that they’re not bothered at all.
I’ve seen the error of my judgment. I was convinced their subreddit was full of people complaining about drawings being sexy rather than “badly drawn”, but i’ve been convinced of their argument that “i don’t understand the subreddit, no one is saying that”, by the fact that half the attacks on my drawing (or any drawing, for that matter) are EXACTLY saying that. Truly, a master class in (self) convincing.
